MindBrick — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal agreement you enter into by downloading or using the MindBrick mobile application ("Application").

Please read them carefully.

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Parties

User: The person who downloads or uses the Application ("You", "User")

2. Application Description

MindBrick is a mobile learning application that helps users memorize text-based content, includes educational games called Breakout and Blocks,

text-to-speech (TTS), pop quizzes, and an energy system.

3. User License

3.1. Subject to your acceptance of these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use

the application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the application

  • Selling, renting, or sublicensing the application for commercial purposes

  • Providing unauthorized access to third parties

  • Attempting to bypass the application's security systems

  • Manipulating system values ​​such as energy, XP, or premium status

  • Using the application for illegal purposes

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. The working sessions and content you create within the application ("User Content") belong to you.

4.2. User Content is stored only on your device; it is not transferred to our servers.

4.3. Creating the following types of content is forbidden:

  • Texts that infringe copyright

  • Content that discloses personal data

  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

4.4. You are legally responsible for the content you create.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Plans

Prices are in Turkish Lira and include taxes. Prices are subject to change by Apple based on exchange rates.

5.2 Subscription Coverage

Premium membership includes:

  • Unlimited energy usage

  • Full access to YKS, KPSS, and Streaming categories

  • Creating your own learning content

  • Access to all pre-made packages

  • No exposure to ads

5.3 Billing

  • Subscription fees are automatically charged by Apple 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • All payments are processed using the method linked to your Apple ID.

  • Payment information is processed only by Apple; the developer does not have access to this information.

5.4 Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current period via App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  • Premium benefits remain valid until the end of the current period after cancellation.

  • No refunds for partial use (Apple's standard policy applies).

5.5 Free Trial

If a free trial period is offered:

  • The subscription will automatically switch to a paid period after the trial period expires.

  • You will be charged if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

6. In-App Purchases and Energy System

6.1. Energy System: Free users can play the game with a maximum of 5 energy units. Energy can be replenished by watching rewarded ads.

6.2. Rewarded Ads: Energy units obtained by watching ads cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.

6.3. Virtual items within the application (energy, XP, level) do not have real money value and cannot be converted into cash.

7. Ads

7.1. Free users are shown only rewarded ads via Google AdMob. These ads are viewed voluntarily in exchange for a reward.

7.2. Premium members do not see ads.

7.3. Advertising content is determined by Google; the developer is not responsible for advertising content.

7.4. The duration of ad display depends on the device's internet connection and Google's inventory status.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The application and all materials contained within it (design, graphics, audio files, source code, pre-prepared package contents) are the

property of the developer or licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

8.2. The name and logo "MindBrick" are used as trademarks.

8.3. The pre-prepared educational content included in the application (historical information, literary data, etc.) is compiled from publicly

available sources or originally created and is owned by the developer.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The application is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee:

  • That the application will operate without interruption or errors

  • That the application content will be accurate or complete under all circumstances
